We accept reservations anytime for your request.

Studio open only on reserved days.

1：Reservation Submission

Please make a reservation by email.

• Date and time/Name/Your kimono No. （look the webpage）Fill in and submit.
• Please check the kimono size on each page.
• If your companion will also be wearing one, please reserve separately and let us know their name.

2：Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email within a few days. A payment link will be sent to you too.

3：Payment

When making a reservation, a deposit is required to cover the cost of preparing underwear etc, please make a deposit payment. Deposit is 40,000 yen.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the studio.

4：Reminder email received

We will send an email with “The day-before and event-day preparations” about 1 week before your reservation date. Please review the contents.

All items necessary for wearing the kimono are included.

Payments

A deposit is required to cover the cost of preparing underwear etc. please pay the deposit by credit card when making a reservation.

Payment on the day can be made by credit card, QR code, or electronic money.

We also have other kimono beside tsumugi for less price.

Please be sure to reply to the email after payment.
We will send an email to confirm your foot and undergarment sizes.

Cancellation Policy After Reservation

A cancellation fee may apply depending on the date of your cancellation.

(Note: The cancellation date will be based on Japan Standard Time)

• Up to 31 days before the event date: We will return your deposit / A refund fee will be charged
• From 30 to 15 days before the event date: We will return your deposit 50%.
• Within 14 days: No refund

Changes due to weather

In the case of typhoons, heavy rain, or other severe weather, the event may be canceled at our discretion.

In such cases, 90% of the fee will be refunded. You will be notified by email in 3 days before the event.

In the event of extreme heat, we may also cancel the event or offer an alternative indoor kimono-wearing experience.

Regarding the Available Tsumugi Kimono

All tsumugi kimonos and obis are one-of-a-kind vintage items. Since sizing may vary, we may suggest a change on the day after trying it on.

After each use, the tsumugi kimono requires a period of about 14 days for maintenance. In case of stained or damaged by previous use and unable to prepare your kimono, we may need to offer an alternative. Please note that this does not qualify as a reason for cancellation.

We have very limited availability of men’s kimono. If the size does not fit, we will consult with you for alternatives.

Please bring your ID

Most of our tsumugi kimonos are rare and no longer produced. We kindly ask for your cooperation in allowing us to take a copy of your ID, as we handle these items with great care.

In case you forget your ID, you are welcome to wear the kimono, but we kindly ask that you refrain from going outside. Please note that in this case, refunds cannot be provided. (Late submissions are not accepted.)

Only one group per time slot

On the day of your reservation, the studio will be exclusively reserved for your group, and not share with other customers.

During the dressing process, a maximum of 4 people can enter the studio.
