商品代金以外の必要料金 / Additional Fees

* 消費税 / Consumption Tax

* 延滞料金：30分につき10,000円（税別） / Late Return Fee: 10,000 JPY (+tax) per 30 minutes.

* 返金可能な保証金（デポジット）:ご来店時に、クレジットカードの仮決済にて60,000円の返金可能な保証金をお預かりいたします。この仮押さえは、お戻り時のお召し物の状態確認後、すぐにその場で解除（返金）されます。
* Refundable Security Deposit: A fully refundable deposit of 60,000 JPY is required via credit card authorization upon your arrival. This temporary hold will be released immediately after the garment inspection upon return.

* タクシー代や食事代、プロの着付け代はプラン料金に含まれます。
* Included in the Plan: Taxi transfers, dining/meal costs, and professional Kitsuke (dressing) fees are fully included in the package price. No additional charges apply for these services.

ご予約時の即時決済 / advance payment is required at the time of booking

返品・キャンセルについて / Cancellations & Refunds

* 予約日の3日前以降のキャンセル、または無断キャンセルの場合は、料金総額の100%
* 予約日の4～7日前までにキャンセルされた場合は合計料金の50％
* 予約日の 8日前までなら無料でキャンセルできます。

* 100% of the total fee for cancellations made within 3 days of the reserved date, or for no-shows.
* 50% of the total fee for cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to the reserved date.
* Free cancellation up to 8 days prior to your reserved date.

役務の性質上、サービス提供後の返金・返品はできません
Due to the nature of the service, refunds or returns are not available once the service has been provided.
